Internet Explorer 6 hält die Zukunft auf.

IE6 ist der Fluch eines jeden Webentwicklers. Veröffentlicht im Jahre 2001, doch schafft es IE6 nicht einmal CSS 1.0 aus dem Jahre 1996 richtig zu unterstützen.

Unterstützung für den IE6 zu haben hindert uns daran coole neue Features zu nutzen, welche in aktuellen Browsern Standard sind. Das mindert das User-Erlebnis für jeden. Des Weiteren führen die Hacks und Workarounds, zu welchen die Webdesigner gezwungen werden, zu einer Degradierung des Codes, und dies schränkt den Fortschritt in allen Bereichen ein. Vor allen Dingen ist es ganz einfach eine Zeitverschwendung von Millionen von Stunden menschlichen Potenzials.

@DanielaTCh si estas de afan podes usar Artisteer, genera de una vez el CSS para ie6 y ie7 que son los que mas joden. #Recomendado >>

@daelan Not personally, but the statistics are there, how many people do you know that still use IE6? Yet the % is still ~6.7% (dropping). >>
